PENTECOST RETREAT
Tomorrow we begin our 3 day retreat in preparartion for the feast of Pentecost. I will not be back here until next week.

HERMIT HEART
I believe I have a hermit heart. I came across an article by Bishop Kallistos Ware of the Orthodox Church who used that very phrase. It's a good thing monasticism has a wide berth of ways to be lived.

HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is a Person of Power in the Most Blessed Trinity and as Pentecost is next week, we prepare with 9 days of prayer and expectation. May the Spirit fill us all!
